Teaching

Before I began my research career, I was a math and science teacher at a charter school in Gary, Indiana. Teaching is a one of my favorite parts of working in academia.  I feel so lucky to have the opportunity to teach graduate and undergraduate students, to share my passion for economics and education policy, and to introduce talented students to the tools of applied research.
